Eligibility for Refunds

We offer a full refund for the following:

Course Cancellation: You can request a full refund on the same day of purchase, as long as you have not attended more than 25% of the course content.

Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties that prevent access to the course and we are unable to resolve them, you may be eligible for a refund.

Refund Timeline

Refunds will be processed on the same day as the request is received, provided the request is made within 24 hours of the purchase.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

Courses or workshops purchased after the same-day refund window or if more than 25% of the course has been completed.

Digital downloads or any content that has been accessed or downloaded.
